What is FairWorx?

FairWorx is a cooperative of consultants and knowledge workers in the consulting industry. Our collective harnesses diverse, deep expertise to tackle our clients' most pressing challenges. We combine the agility of independent experts with the structure, reliability, and collective intelligence of a high-performance consulting firm.

Founded in 2024 by about fifty founding members, by early 2026 the number of our members have doubled. As a member-owned and open cooperative, we aim to help our members succeed and thrive in the gig economy.
